The PXE4720 camera is assembled with ultra-high quantum efficiency back illuminated frame transfer CCD chip, which has the characteristics of low noise, high response sensitivity and good refrigeration effect.
The 4K x 4K series camera is assembled with a large area scientific CCD sensor with 4K x 4K pixels, back illuminated structure, and the quantum efficiency is more than 90% (500nm-650nm band).

The PXE290-99 camera is assembled with 9K x 9K pixel CCD sensor, with 10um pixel size and back illuminated structure. The quantum efficiency is over 90% (500nm-650nm band).
High performance scientific CMOS camera
The PX2020 is assembled with 2K × 2K scientific CMOS image sensor with a high resolution. Quantum efficiency can reach 95% in 560nm band, and image output frame rate can reach more than 40fps
The PX4040B is assembled with 4K × 4K scientific CMOS image sensor with high resolution of 16.9 megapixels. Using multi-channel readout technology, the frame rate of image output can reach more than 10 FPS.
The PX400B camera is assembled with 2K x 2K CMOS image sensor, which has two types of front illumination and back illumination respectively. With multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 20 FPS.
The PX6060 camera is assembled with 6K x 6K CMOS image sensor with large field of view and high resolution. The quantum efficiency can reach 70%, and the image output frame rate can reach more than 13 FPS.
The PX455 camera is assembled with 9K x 6K CMOS image back illuminated sensor with a high resolution of 61.04 Mp. With multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 5 FPS and adopt the image accumulation technology in the camera.
The PX4M11XV camera is assembled with 2K x 2K soft X-ray band CMOS back illuminated image sensor with high resolution and fast frame rate. With multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 40fps. In the soft X-ray band(80ev to 1000ev),it has an ultra-high quantum efficiency of nearly 100%, and the quantum efficiency exceeds 90% in the range of 1.24-12.4nm.
The PX4M65XV camera is assembled with 2K x 2K soft X-ray band CMOS back illuminated image sensor with high resolution and fast frame rate. The camera adopts vacuum sealing design, which is suitable for vacuum environment. Using multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 40fps. Its quantum efficiency in 560nm band can reach 95%.
The infrared series camera uses HgCdTe as the detector, with low noise and low dark current performance. The average quantum efficiency at the wavelength of 1 um to 2.5 um is greater than or equal to 60%. The camera adopts vacuum sealing and Stirling refrigerator cooling technology, which can keep the working temperature of the detector below 80K.
